Walter P. Carter Elementary/Middle School

Walter P. Carter Elementary/ Middle School is a public school in Baltimore City serving grades preK-8 and offering a half day 3-Year Olds Program. In a collaborative environment, WPC will implement highly effective instruction, social-emotional learning practices, and community and family engagement opportunities. The Walter P. Carter Learning Community will develop leaders, innovators, and collaborators prepared to explore the world.
